Re: custom made to order moby front ends

I have all the fabrication and welding done on Rockys front end.

Here is it all dissasembled and all the original paint blasted off

The moby brake locker is welded to the front and the tab from the rear brakes Is welded to the back to hold the brake cable.

All thats left to do is prime, sand, paint, wetsand, paint again, wetsand again, clearcoat, wetsand once again, compound, wax, and buff then I'm done.

Once the paypall clears I can buy the primer, paint, clearcoat and sandpaper...

Rocky anytime you want to grab them they are set to go.

If you can get your bike to Haverhill I will install them for you.

I still have one more set ready to be built.

I am going to stay strong on the $100 though for the second set there is a lot more work involved to get them to look really good than I thought.

Re: custom made to order moby front ends

I have no moby, I just wanted to say GOOD WORK!

ingenuity and camaraderie at it's best right here.

Re: custom made to order moby front ends

hey i have 2 more forks like that

if ya want to make up a couple more of them

Re: custom made to order moby front ends

Frostback Ditch /

Hey Paul, I'm interested in buying one of your forks for my Moby project. How much to ship to Canada?

I'm not sure if the brake tabs will work on Puch 5 stars, as thats what I'll be rocking. I'll have a look at the 5 stars as soon as I have some time to see if it'll work. Oh, it will be without a fender, plus you don't have to worry about painting it, I'll do that myself. Sweet job btw, keep it up.

Re: custom made to order moby front ends

Re: custom made to order moby front ends

sweet

Re: custom made to order moby front ends

Here is the deal...

I have one more set ready to be built.

I would like to sell them to someone that I could hand them to so I can work out any issues that might arise during installation.

But If you really need them and no one local wants them I would ship them.

I will sell the set I have for $50 plus whatever shipping is or $100 built for a moby and painted.

Re: custom made to order moby front ends

Well, I'll get them for sure if no one local will buy. $75, plus shipping, made for a Moby unpainted?

Re: custom made to order moby front ends
