Didn't those come on diff. bikes than magnums? I think the "Gran Prix" had them. I don't think any mags do though.
That is one sweet looking little ped. However that is not an X50 engine. That is a European two speed kick start engine. There's one for sale on eBay right now(or one very close to it): http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=200267116134
Yes; they were on the Magnum X50 mini motocrosser. An E50 with bigger cylinder/head/intake/carb. Plus; different gearing(13/36 I think).
Sorry; I was wrong. Here is this bike in it's stock configuration:
Sorry; I was wrong again. Here's the one I want the engine off of:
That's just a kick start E50...
No; It's a two speed manual shift. Read the info above.
You've got your lines crossed Larry. That bike in the Ebay listing is a Magnum X dirt bike. The pic I posted is a modified X50.
err...I mean the second moped army pic
No; The URL I sent is for the stock version of the bike in the pic you posted. There is a Magnum X50 bike being parted out; unless I missed one.
Nevermind...I get your point.
The Mag X is an E50, The X50 is a 3 spd and I've never seen a 2 spd motor like that one in Canada.
If you're wanting the motor from the dirt bike search the buy/sell for Magnum X or kick start E50. There have been a couple lately
Yes that's a file picture from the wiki. It is an X50 minimotocrosser with kick start and one speed. That's the engine I want. It has a bigger cylinder(25mm exhaust port and at least a 16mm intake and port, and a 16mm Bing carb.; along with 13/34 external gearing. I don't know what the internal gearing is.
Up
How about a non-running engine; but complete with exception of exhaust?
Have you tried this guy Larry?

Thanks Chris, I sent him an email. Really the main thing I am interested in is the complete topend with intake/carb/head/cylinder/piston.
