Well, I appreciate the help...but I think it's a little more extreme than you think.
Check it out:
Notice the extra lumps of casing on the sides of the carabela jug...
When the polini is on the case, there are slivers that aren't covered by the polini kit...
By this, I mean there are holes into the bottom end of the engine casing.
I'm still new to this stuff...but it doesn't seem like that would be a good or repairable thing, would it?
