I'm taking offers on my brand new V1 Polini kit and Polini made 19mm intake. The intake matches Puch as well, from what I've heard.
I bought these in hopes to kit my Carabela V1, but the Polini kit doesn't match up to the ramping on my engine.
I'd prefer to sell them together...less hassle :)

ramping? you mean the base transfers? Minarelli engines mostly have the transfers in the cylinder, they gases only go into the crankcase to lubricate the crank. I wouldn't give up on your polini kit just cause of the mismatched base transfers.
Well, I appreciate the help...but I think it's a little more extreme than you think.

Notice the extra lumps of casing on the sides of the carabela jug...
When the polini is on the case, there are slivers that aren't covered by the polini kit...
By this, I mean there are holes into the bottom end of the engine casing.
I'm still new to this stuff...but it doesn't seem like that would be a good or repairable thing, would it?
You could fix this by welding material to the cases and grinding out the new material to match the kit. But thats not a real easy fix.
