here is a 1995 Tomos targa lx, the moped has currently installed a 70cc kit on it, such as a upgraded airsal piston, a upgrade dellOrto carb and head. I even have a amal carb with it, plus 2 other stock carbs. It has great compression, but the items in the crank case makes shuffling noises, the reason why is because I built this wrong awhile ago, I garuentee if you rebuild this right, it will run. That is truly the only problem I see.
It includes a 2nd parts engine, a front fork, and some other etc parts. If you want me to, I can provide a bill of sale. Selling for 400 because I paid over 500 for the kit alone, and it has never been used, only installed (and attempted to start it).
