Honda Hobbit / PA50 Proma Circuit Germany Order

Raymond Rexroad /

How many Hobbit owners would be interested in "going in" on a multiple purchase for Proma Circuits?

Assuming that we can get together four willing buyers, the price each, to your door, would be close to $160.

The benefit of a multiple purchase is that we could split the rather high shipping charges from Germany.

If you are interested (i.e., are seriously interested, with money available), please let me know. I am waiting on a e-mail response to verify that the pipes are available in a quantity of four - assuming one for me, and three for others . . . .

Having already received one response - which questioned my credibility, let me add the following:

I'm not expecting people to "ante up" before the order is placed. I'm only looking for people who:

1. Are Genuinely interested;

2. Are willing to commit to buy, when the pipes come in; and

3 Have the money right now (or would in the very near term).

I'm not looking for people who:

1. Are window shopping, with no true intent on buying;

2. Will say that they will buy, but later back out; or

3. Don't have the money, either now, or in the near term.

Basically, I'm looking for people who have CREDIBILITY, who mean what they say, and are willing and able to commit to a future purchase.

The website you linked too said they were sold out

i looked at the link and the german translation sounded like they were all out of them.

I would double check first.

THE SHORT ANSWER: No more Proma pipes.

I apologize to any/all about getting your hopes up. I had read other peoples posts on MA that they were ordering pipes, so . . . .

What About the performance LEOVINCE honda exhaust

J'afar looked into it and looks like Leovince has them for the Honda PA50/camino. If you Google Camino and 4522 it is definitely a performance exhaust.

And only $103!

Boy, I wish I knew who to believe.

I saw this thread, shot an e-mail off to Manny at Leovince, and he says:

A part number has been created, but I have not received any info that the pipe has been developed yet. I will check with Italy and let you know if it is ready to ship.

Leovince HAD a performance pipe some time back (I would presume another part number), but according to my recent (and repeated) communications with Leovince, they have none at this time - none meaning none ready to ship.

Has anybody recently ordered a pipe and received it?

I've been trying to find NOS, or used Proma's and Leovince's with no luck. It is like trying to find and catch smoke. A lot of people report seeing the smoke, but it can't be captured.

An update from Leovince. Their Hobbit pipe remains available. I have NO information regarding the effectiveness of this pipe. See e-mail:

OK Rex,

I was able to find a drawing of the 4522 system. It was showing up as new, but of course has been around for awhile. This pipe is still available but would need to be ordered from Italy. Retail is $109. if you would like to order one, give our sales guys a call at 510-232-4040.
