Can anyone tell us if this wheel is a the same as any sachs?

you also need to go on ebay and do a search for sachs moped. There you will see a pipe for a sachs that will make your sparta go 9 miles an hour faster. you have the restricted pipe. Its killing your perfromance. You would note that more if you had a back wheel.
