Not a moped (no pedals) a Harley Sprint 125cc made in Italy. A nice little bike though.
I think its a Aermacchi/Harley m50, no pedals and has gears. Bet its a cool little motorcycle though.

M50 it is....The Sprint 125 is a horizontal single cyl 4-stroke. If you've never heard a Sprint 125,250 or 350 they are one of the sweetest sounding exhuast notes you'll ever hear.
One of the local riders picked up an italian 90 cc Harley. Neat little bike too.
