man i wish they were closer id buy them

funny it says made in Italy

Re: Velosolex Seattle

Yeah, the lights on the yellow bike are CEV lights which say Made in Italy on them. That's where he got that from. Both bikes were made in France at the SINFAC factory in Courbevoie, France.

The yellow one is a 1975 model 4600 V2, only sold in the US and Canada. DOT approved; has brake lights, etc.

The black one is an S 3300 from 1964-66. It is a transition model having the S 3800 bolt-together frame, but using the older S 2200 motor.

$200 is a steal for these two bikes.

Re: Velosolex Seattle

too far from me though

Re: Velosolex Seattle

Maybe he would ship one.

Re: Velosolex Seattle

yeah they would be pretty easy to ship if they are taken apart

Re: Velosolex Seattle

i emailed him to see if he would ship the 4600 i doubt it but its always worth a try cause it would be great to have another one

Re: Velosolex Seattle

I emailed him as soon as found... as Phil Collins once said "no reply at all"

Re: Velosolex Seattle

typical craigslist ad never get a reply back

Re: Velosolex Seattle

Indeed... More times then not you keep yourself glued to Craigslist trying to find that ultimate deal. When one pops up i'm on it like white on rice. Then the inevitable happens...either they don't get back to you or their too busy to show it. Finally, by the time they can let you take a look-see everyone in Orlando knows about it.

Re: Velosolex Seattle
