one last Mobylette for sale

"This is my last one for sale":http://newhaven.craigslist.org/mcy/471749636.html

It's in Connecticut ,pick up only. No trade bla bla bla.

Re: one last Mobylette for sale

If you wanted to convert it to a 50V do you just need to add the variator, or do you need a new clutch as well?

Re: one last Mobylette for sale

The clutch and the variator are one piece. The single clutch does not accommodate the variator, they are two different clutches.

But yes you can mount a Variated clutch on a 50L .I hope I make sense

Re: one last Mobylette for sale

I was just wondering if the Malossi Varioplus that Elliot wrote a review on in the Performance Tuning forum could be used on here - sounds like you'd have to get the stock Moby variator and then add the Malossi portion to it.

Wish you were closer!

Re: one last Mobylette for sale

That would be new to me, using part of the variator. But some of the guys out there are great engineers. I'm always impressed at some the projects I see on this forum. That's great. Nothing is impossible. Rien n'est impossible.

Re: one last Mobylette for sale

I just converted my 50L to a 50V, there are actually a lot of differences in terms of parts.
