All I need is a replacement oil plug for my Garelli.
It is the one on the left side.

Andy, not to hijack your thread, but my buddy needs one for his garelli.
Anybody know a source?
mopedsonline have one in their inventory.
BUT, their website is shitty as hell. When I click the link to checkout it gives a page not found.
horrible. Pure agony.
Its expensive as hell...but if 8 bucks means not having any embarassing oil leaks. I'll fork up the money.
I have those NOS. But i don`t have the gasket. They are plastic right ? Says Garelli on it.
I'll take one plug Ike...
OK, paypal me at :email@example.com. I will ship tomorrow.
Wait...there are threads for the bolt to catch onto?
If so...I am definitely going that route.
What specific size bolt did you use?
YOU ARE MY HERO ROB!
If that doesn't work, then I'll talk to you Ike.
Hmmm, pesky things. I broke two in one day, must be some kind of curse. I'll be going that bolt route myself.
I don't know what the course tread size is, but I tooko the busted plastic part with threads along with me. I found a U.S. standard size once that was just slightly different. I cut some new threads (Cover removed) and used tephlon tape on the new bolt.
Just take the plug with you to the hardware store and match it up.
M12 1.50 thread pitch 20mm
kragen auto parts or hardware store 1.99
Thanks Zack. This will be a cool thread to look up in the future.
Andy, heavener's hardware should have a bolt like that, i went up there the other day and bought some new hardware
20mm is actually long but was all I could find and works fine on a single speed. Could always shorten if you had too I guess but it
doesn't hit anything on the single speed for sure.
