MOPED ARMY

Hey everybody I'm trying to sell my green Sparta Foxi GT, dont know what year, probably late 70's. Made in Holland. Does not run, see pics, needs bottom end of Sachs engine, and maybe electrical work, dont know. The odometer reads 00215 and the existance of a fifth digit tells me that it has not rolled over, the 215 are most likely actual miles. It should be an easy rebuild,
