Looking for a 27-32 tooth sprocket (preferebly something I won't have to cut much of the case up to fit and make work.

I have 27 tooth sprockets for $15.00 + $4.00 shipping.
No grinding required on the 27 tooth.

How many mph do you gain on top end compared to 26 tooth? 3-5ish?
