A Puch that looks good to me...but what is a petcock?? Is that easy/cheap to fix? It looks like he could be talked down, too...

_I bought this moped over the summer for $400 cause I didn't want a car, but now I have a job that requires a car. So now I have a moped I don't really need. The moped is a puch maxi I think 1973. The petcock needs to be replaced and it need a rear break cable. There's no major problems, that i'm aware of. Knowing how to fix mopeds would definitly benefit the future owner though. It has a thick lock that would be an extra 10 bucks. I'd like to get rid of it for $250 but i'm interested in other offers._
