ahh i was wondering about the whole front end: forks, disc brake, and wheel.

I also need the reat axle with all spacer, algners, nuts, and stuff.

I never rode the bike, there is no speedo cable on it.

test the speedo by getting a small flat head screwdriver and put it in the speedo cable hole and turn it the needle should fluctuate.

Everything but the rims and a few small odds and ends.
