Very true that it can be painted, $15 isn't going to undo that mess, were talking a complete tear down tons of sanding and prep + primor and praying you can save the rims, thats a lot of detail work they will effect the over all price, i'm not going to pay for full price for a bike that i'm going to have tot o put that much work into. just my opinion, othere may fell diffrent and not care.

I like the blue color. if the frame/tank/covers matched it would actualy look pretty good.

i'll agree the blue would look ok with black red somthing brown and blue just don't mix well.
