Hi, I need two 17x3 non "slick" tires and tubes for a bike I am working on right now. I would like to keep it under $100 shipped, and no, I don't want your 17x2.75's or other sizes. Also, I would prefer to not purchase Chen Shings, or other junky Chinese tires. Thanks,
