Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

how much do you want the clutch for? I'll pay enough for shipping, but I dont want to have to pay with an arm and a leg.

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

It has a new clutch plate in it. has less than 100 miles on it. moped junk yards want 119.00 plus shipping. So is 65.00 includes shipping to much?

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

Just a question, do you have a starter cable, and if you do, do you know where the other end goes? (Meaning the end opposite the starter lever)

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

One end goes to the clutch the other end goes a lever on the handlebars I have both

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

So, it attaches to the clutch how? I cant find where?

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

go back to the clutch picture look a number 9 that is where the cable attaches

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

Okay, could I buy just certain parts? All I would need is the parts 16-9. I mean, thats all I would need, then i would be able to pay you sooner. How bout 20 bucks, 25 shipped? if you could, then that would be great, i know that it would get you more money selling the whole works, but I dont want to make you wait for me to get you the money, i could get you the money by next week if you sold me certain parts.

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

Oh yeah, do you have the cover? If so i'll pay you 30 bucks for all the stuff I listed.

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

you mean part 9 and 16 or 9 thru 16

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

Clutch cover I don't have

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

Okay, will you give me parts 9 through 16, and i dont need the cover, its not essential, im not doing a complete restore. So if you could give me parts 9 through 16 would be awesome, would you do it for 25 dollars with shipping?

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

35.00 shipping included parts 9-16 check you email for payment info

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

Also, how do you attach the arm and that left spring?

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

part# 9 the arm and part #10 threaded bar and 2 screws thru the bottom of your case

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

And then, does the Starter cable run through the top of it?

Re: Parting out 1977 batavus starflite

i mean #9
