I have seen them on moped warehouse..
always out of stock,,,,anyone have acess to these? or it just a nonexsistant part that I will always want and never get??

I beleive it was stated thet the kits were a special order item, not redially available anywhere.
They needed a bunch of prepaid orders to be able to have them made.
Most people are not willing to lay out the cash and hope one day they may have enough to justify a special production run.

i just made a HUGEEEEEE order for autista 70cc kits,
although they wont be in untill about a month or so,
ask and thou shall receive....for a fair price
