they're super expensive in MO! rent a van and come check out a tomos dealer here (in toronto). they're seriously about 2/3 of the price that they are there. if you need something used, buy something on ebay and dip over the border and sneak it back to avoid the duty. the vintage models are pretty scarce altogether in canada.
