I almost bought a Columbia Open Road that way, Mopedlar. Except I emailed the guy instead of resurfacing the post. This, too, was also two years later. He didn't still have it but he offered to go out of his way to make an offer on my behalf to the friend that he sold it to. I passed, though. Some people are too nice.
