I have a Black 1998 Tomos Targa LX. It has 2 major upgrades on it. A aftermarket Bi-Turbo Exhaust System and a 60 cc engine. It can hit speeds of 60-65 mph.
Hmmm..... 60cc engine. and in one of our chats on aol you told me that you KIT was in good shape. i am sorry but you know all along i wanted a KITTED bike.... with an arisal or similar!
