I have 2 major hobbies/vices, anything with 2 wheels and a motor and toy gas outboards. I have posted these before I hope I do not bore you guys.
Below is a picture of my room with all my toy gas outboards, inboards and other items I like.
AMPS and International Hobbies Outboards from the 70s to 80s.
My favorite, the Fuji Line of outboards from the 70s. These are just beautiful motors and are all metal.
The .049, .051 and .061 singles and twins from the 50s to early 60s. Some of these are engineering marvels with water cooling and tiny pull starts. As for the few twins... I just love them.
My home made steam engines and a few boat and engines from my childhood.
Most modern gas outboards. These are nice but just not the best out there.
These are basically the best that was offered for RC use from the late 70s to today. Some of these are still produced.
Mid Shelf of boats:
These are the pre built boats for the .049, .051 and .061 outboards from the 50s. The one all the way to the right is from the 80s made by Dumas. Beautiful boat.
Top Shelf of boats:
Left boat is made by AMPS or International Hobbies and is made for those engines. Tug boat is home made. The far right was made for the engines from the Bottom Right cabinet.
I hope you enjoy the picture and as always if you have one to sell PLEASE PM me and I would love to add it to my collection.
