Does anyone know of a business in operation that uses a Trirad for selling food? I'm doing permit research.
moped food vendor
Re: moped food vendor
People used to do ice-cream with them... would be hard to do much that's hot....maybe pop and water?
Re: moped food vendor
Out here in New York it is very difficult to get the permit. I believe except for hotdogs and drinks you would need a special trailer that gets inspected every year by the health department.

Novelty candy?
Non perishable and a huge profit.
Haven’t seen an edible face mask yet.
Re: moped food vendor
Someone in Portland had ciao taco cart years ago, what was it called? i forget
Re: moped food vendor
One of the guys in Milwaukee looked into it years ago, the pushcart license is pretty easy to get, so is the bike, but once you make it motorized you have to apply for the full blown food truck license.
The whole thing is a govt shakedown pretty much. He ran an illegal hot dog cart for a few years and had some good days but in the long run decided it was too much hassle for the $$
Re: moped food vendor
Grasso used to do it, though I doubt he had a permit haha
Re: moped food vendor
You could do it at moped rallies, that would be awesome.
