In your small mind maybe. The quote is far from implying "caution". In fact it implies recklessness, like going out into public needlessly to "walk the beach" and eating burnt steaks @ the outhouse restaurant. Also, not wearing a mask, and not even knowing where they are. Just general disregarded for others and their well being. (edited)
