Has anyone actually met Don?

Like in person?

I'm only asking because at this point the whole shtick is just kinda boring, real person or not.

And if the answer is no I'm wondering if we can somehow get an interview out of him? A mini documentary of sorts, just to see the perso. behind the nonsense.

What if he's actually a she, or one of us, or maybe it's Ian Masse, or perhaps Don is real but clinically retarded?

People post a couple pics around here and there supposedly of him but I'm genuinely interested in seeing him on camera and answering pointed questions to some of the absurd shit he posts.

I dunno, don't wanna feed him but let's look at it more like a social experiment or visiting an Amazonian tribe cutoff from modern society.

Don needs a YouTube page.

Re: Has anyone actually met Don?

According to Google, he's real, and he's alive.

Whether or not the poster here is actually him is a question that remains a mystery. If you check his posting history, he was a prolific poster back when this site was created, then he stopped posting for a long time. A few years ago, he made a sudden resurgence, which has lead some posters to theorize that his dead profile may have been revived for trolling/revenue-generating purposes. If this is the case, it's actually genius.

Years ago (when i was around 18 or 19 years old) there was an old timer moped guy named Charles Fist (AKA Ike). You can find old posts from Ike on here and mopedriders.com (if that site still exists). Interestingly enough I still own an old Tomos "Fat Boy" built by Ike & his good buddy Chuckles. Chuckles & Ike are both deceased now... both great guys. Anywho, Ike used to host moped meets & rides at his house in Georgetown Ohio. At one meet(possibly more) i meet Don Ohio there. I remember he rode his Tomos Streetmate. Everyone at Ike's place was nice, including Don Ohio. So yes, i have meet Don ohio. I met Don, i like don. I have not meet alot of you guys on here but I still believe i would like most if not all of you despite things you say on this site.

I remember Ike on mopedriders, that was a great site.

Ike was a great guy, i cant say enough good things about the man. He welded up a bi-turbo for me to fit a Puch E50 running an A35 airsal kit on my red maxi like 15 years ago. I still have the pipe. He passed away like 5 years back from cancer i believe. I found out about a year later. Last time i saw Ike was probably 7 or so years ago, i went to his house and bought a tomos trike off him. Thats when he told me about Chuckles. Ike was a moped legend. Him and a buddy rode tomos streetmates from georgetown ohio to Florida years back. He is very missed in my book.

Moped Lar (OFMC) /

I went to one of the first rides that Ike hosted. It probably was around 2003 or 2004. I got attacked by a crazed wild chicken while I was riding my Puch Maxi Sport MKII. These were fun times. Ike and my good buddy Jeff Grilliot went on the OH to FL journey on Ike’s Streetmates. Ike and Chuckles were great guys and pioneers in the moped resurgence in the late ‘90’s.

I forgot you knew Ike Mopedlar. Those were good times, Ike has some fun roads near his house. Glad someone else remembers Chuckles and his "fat boy" tomos.

Re: Has anyone actually met Don?

So awesome that this thread went from focusing on a complete assclown to being a tribute to someone who was actually a decent human being.

I used to chide Ike and MopedLar on WHO would get the next great moped deal. Ike would get a great deal and Mopedlar would get 2 great deals. On and on. They weren't really rivals, since NJ and Southern Ohio are pretty distanced from each other.

Re: Has anyone actually met Don?

I've heard a lot about Ike over the years, never met the guy.

Yes it was...……..Lenny Stoltz, Tabpat, Ike, and many, many others loved riding mopeds.

Ike always treated everyone to deals and helped above and beyond the call.

Re: Has anyone actually met Don?

I remember Lavern & Shirley too . But it doesn't mean squat without proof.

Re: Has anyone actually met Don?

Real or fake, it must suck being part of an online community where no one likes you. It must suck even worse to have such a low self-esteem as to where you won't leave a community where no one likes you.

Re: Has anyone actually met Don?

You, Mr. Negativity, are the one who needs to leave.

Re: Has anyone actually met Don?

Re: Has anyone actually met Don?

Now now mr. Ohio calm down after all when your days end on this planet the thread that will be posted will most likely have the heading of Don Ohio burning in the hell he believes in for eternity.

For that to happen you need to die because of coronavirus, believe in hell and be such a tremendous wanker that you'll go there, seems like a lot of work.

Re: Satan will actually met Don?

Maybe they can become bunkmate buddies think of the possibilities.......

He's probably too scared. Hell, he can't go to the gas station without thinking about pulling his gun out.

Re: Has anyone actually met Don?

i don't think we need a personal attack thread on here, keep it civil
