Ah yes. Rusted out axle beams. Had to weld mine up in my 62 that i had years ago. No ball joints though. King and link pins with shims to juggle around for camber adjustment. Crude but bomb proof. I miss that car.

“Governor Wolf has ordered all non-life-sustaining businesses to close at 8 p.m. Thursday to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

In a press release, Wolf said enforcement actions will begin at 12:01 a.m. Saturday for businesses that do not close physical locations.”

According to the list, auto repair is a life-sustaining business. I think we need to close. We’ll have to see what happens.

Yes, I wish Kroger would move into N. Florida. Waycross,Ga is the closest Kroger.

We sure miss their good beef and good prices!

The big supermarket chain here in NJ is Shoprite. The wife and I spent over an hour there this morning trying to get the basics. People are out of control. The check out was even worse.

Shoprite is hiring dozens of people for their distribution warehouses. They can’t keep up with the demand.

We are practicing social distancing on an island in the Caribbean with a private beach. Gonna just ride out the “storm”

Kroger? Don how are we drifting so far apart? Kroger is high on the majority of the groceries, plus they are a crooked greedy company that screws their employees every chance they get. Sorry Kyle, but i hate kroger.

Jimmy, in Jackson, Kroger is a great place to get your groceries, AND they're Union, so I have to favor them a little.

Re: How is everyone spending their days?

Spending our days spending money and walking the beach in the evenings.

^ lol. Where’s that damn “like” button. Hehe.

Re: How is everyone spending their days?

President Trump just announced that Hanes is going to retrofit parts of their factories to stop making clothing and switch to making masks. I don’t think it’s a good idea to stop making underwear during a toilet paper shortage.

Re: How is everyone spending their days?

Your so lucky. Its beautiful there. I thought only Italy had canals like that. You will probably want to use your own boat next for them pharmacy trips.

Re: How is everyone spending their days?

These pictures are all from the same canal that connects the old city centre to the nearest river. Its also my fishing spot in the summer.

Re: How is everyone spending their days?

This part is called "the Zwolle-IJssel canal" it goes from the river IJssel to the old city center of Zwolle. (And it's the start of the river "Zwarte water")

A bit further down the Zwarte water you can take your boat upstream on the river "Vecht", which is actually a pretty river.

Sounds like a fun trip, im jelly. The biggest trip Ive done is ride my ped from Kenwood mall area to Delhi. I went down past lunken airport, hit river road and just followed that all the way to Delhi. I use to ride from Kenwood to Over The Rhine to meet up with the TBS crew when they were still a thing. Many cold nights riding home at like 2 in the morning with a couple of my buddies.

fatboy?

Yup yup, thats in my shed now. Ike actually sold it on craigslist to some dudes that trashed it, then called my buddy Chris to fix it. He told me about it so i actually trade a moped for it. I think a traded a Pacer for it. Anywho, i knew the bike the minute he told me about it and had to try to preserve it from someone who had no idea of its history.

Re: How is everyone spending their days?

Man! the weather is so perfect down here I should break out the moped again tonight or tomorrow.

Partly cloudy,76 degrees, light winds. How can you beat that?

Cruising the A1A soon.

Re: How is everyone spending their days?

We're a week in to lockdown in France. In our region it seems to be ok (South West), it's more in the North East of the country that it is proper crisis point. The French president said it was going to be 15 days, but there is already talks of between 4-6 weeks.

We can go out to the supermarket to get supplies and the stocks are fine, we didn't get the crazy panic buying here. You can go out of you house boundary once a day for excercise and only with people from your household. Police helicopters are out looking for gatherings of people. It is €135 fine if you are caught being somewhere you shouldn't be, €1500 the next time and €3500 + 6 months prison the third time.

It has been high 60's low 70's weather wise all week, so we have been in the garden most of the time. BBQ's for dinners, got the badminton net out, me and my boy play some rugby or football. I've done so many things in the garden I've been wanting to do, but haven't had chance to because of work. We are going to enjoy the outside as much as possible, because rain is bound to come along at some point and then I'll turn my attention to indoors and maybe get my Puch E50 rebuilt.

We video call my Mum in the UK. She has cancer and has had a letter from the government to say she is at high risk, so should self isolate for 12 weeks! Over there Boris Johnson just announced this evening that the UK is going on lockdown for 3 weeks.

We've still got lots in the fridge and freezer, so probably won't need to go shopping until the end of the week. I'm quite enjoying it really, but we are lucky that we isolated before it got bad. (edited)
