SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH PORK CHOPS

4 pork chops

4 c. sliced raw potatoes

Onion as desired

1 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

4 tsp. flour

1 1/2 tsp. milk

Brown pork chops on both sides. Alternate potatoes, onions, pepper, salt, and flour in a baking dish. Place browned pork chops on top of potatoes. Pour off some of the grease that the pork chop were browned in and heat milk in same skillet. Pour into baking dish, adding enough to cover potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Mushroom soup can be added, if desired.
