Late to the Sat. recipe list-Salsa

1-14.5 oz can of fire roasted diced tomatoes

2-4 oz cans of diced jalapenos

1-4 oz can of diced green chile peppers

3 tbsp. dried minced onion

2 tbsp. lime juice

small bunch of fresh cilantro chopped fine

Mix it in a big bowl, if it's too watery because you used cheap tomatoes drain some juice off before adding lime juice. Transfer to glass jar with top. Refrigerate overnite.

you wanna really make it rock, toss in some ancho's or better yet flame roast fome fresh poblanos (can use a gas stovetop)

dried onions cuz it's easier? or for taste?

Dried onions tend to soak up some juice making it less watery and it's easier.
