Meatball trick.

Make a gumball or bit larger mozzarella ball and after making a bunch of them take them all dip them in olive oil then wrap them in Saran Wrap and put them in a deep freezer for at least a week before you make them then when you have your meat mix all good and you make sure that you're overworked it a little bit so that is rubbery then you take a little bit of garlic powder sprinkle with potato starch take the centers that you made and roll women with the starch and garlic then wrap the meat around it bake the meatballs it will come out so that all the cheese stayed in the inside of the meatball and it has the right consistency it's not runny or to gummy my sweet little ant from Northern Italy taught me that one
