American Motorcyclist Association 2019 Motorcyclist of the Year

Hayley stopped at our Service Center while on an Indian Motorcycle sponsored cross-country tour. We serviced her Chief and I ended up washing it before delivery. Had a light conversation with her, great gal.

Check out the article and give her a follow: @bodgitbell

you should also be a member of the AMA if you aren’t already ;)

Great experience! Glad you got to show her that Ohio has quality shops and good people to know.

As a native of The Buckeye State, I can attest that there are many good folks from there. It's most unfortunate that many folks on this forum get a bad taste in their mouth about Ohio residents due to folks such as yourself.

So, was this a scheduled stop for her or was this random chance?

Considering Iron Pony's size and it being the only large dealership (probably only Indian dealership too) around I'd say it was planned

Just wondering, not doubting. Never assume though.

Edit: please at least post some pics of the bike.(edited)

I didn't mean to come off like an ass, I was just speculating, but I'm pretty sure it was planned for the reasons I posted above

Re: American Motorcyclist Association 2019 Motorcyclist of the Year

I had never met the four riders previously, but yes it was a somewhat scheduled stop on the tour. They would have gone to any Indian dealer, but we happen to be one of the largest powersports dealerships in North America, with a giant selection of Indian gear and bikes, so they stopped and got situated for the rest of the journey. It was also AIM show, so a big weekend in Cbus for bikes.
