BEST is to buy your own beans (Costco has very high turnover so their whole beans are very fresh if you re not direct importing them) and mill them in your own 'grinder' like this wicked Peugeot Moulin one...
Even more 'continental', you can now get a fancy ass "presse-moulin" from Peugeot to incorporate the grind and press...
