Ok. I figured it would be pointless to re-read it, but i have. Maybe you should re-read it too. But don’t add any words that you haven’t written as you read it out loud.

Here’s my understanding of it.

1) You want work vans that are engineered to never break down, ever.

2) But contrary to #1, you want them to be made that they can be worked on by the owner.

3)Then the OWNER says fuck it, and sends his worker to go fix the damn van that never breaks, but only if it’s work related (what?)

4)Then some jibberish about workers not needing to be specialists, but are still expected to do a great job.

5) Then something about everyone knowing how to fix everything will make america great again.

So let’s try and apply this to a real world scenario.

Let’s say, oh... let’s say this guy named brent has a Roto-Rooter franchise and he’s got this new truck that never breaks, but he can fix it, but he has his unskilled employee fix it....... what?

Moral of the story? An unskilled turd burglar took my job.

fastest grass formally plumbers crack

the answer is yes ( funny how the monkey had to reread it and still didn't get it)

breaking down & maintenance are 2 different things true

if you have a flat tire but can't get to your wheels because of a factory placed blockage, then that's not good.

true

if unskilled labor can fix simple maintenance issues, then that's good for businessmen.

true

planned obsolescence is the old american way

The only requirement for owning a Dunkin Donuts, is knowing how to spell "Donuts" in "Dunkin Donuts."

So, obviously you do not.

Re: New cars are shit

If I remember when they were on the showroom they're "new" to me. But now some of the cars I think of as new are collectible old cars. I don't think I'm all that old, I just have a weebly wobbly perception of time.

38 cows and 4 bulls standing in the field when an earthquake hit. The cows fell and rolled off the hill. The Bulls shook but stayed on their legs.

One bull remarked: `We Bulls Wobble, but We don't fall down.' LOL!

I don’t know if this is considered an old car or a new car. Either way it’s shit.

The earlier diesels are far better than those later model gas engines.

I can't tell from this angle, but some of that body style came with the same 3 liter turbo diesel as the older chassis cars.

They've stopped using the Dodge name on them now.

Only Dodge truck I've ever owned was made by Mitsubishi.

I lost a freeze plug. The exhaust studs were so rusty I knew I had no chance of pulling it apart to get at the plug without breaking things. I just drove it blowing water out and topping it off every 30 miles or so for another two years.

Re: New cars are shit

All hail the "beater king" :D I prob would have taken that to a shop...I can put up with a lot out of cheap cars, but major leaks and holes in the floor are deal breakers for me. 2 yrs, color me impressed! My current rust bucket, '80 courier the only solid thing is the engine, runs like a watch, had it 8 yrs, more foam than metal, frame is weak as hell, but it always starts and hauls...so primitive compared to modern cars...it is not a daily, but hauls, if I put a tank of gas through it a year I'm lucky. 30 mpg in the summer...owes me nothing. Could prob get the $500.00 I paid for it on CL.
