I don't usually take photos of all my food but this new years day breakfast taco feast was next level
It was some chuck steak that was seared, then a sauce of ancho, paisilla, and guajilo chilis, habenero, onion, garlic, slice the steak and put it back in the blended sauce to simmer... that was dinner a few nights ago... some pickled onions, a little salt and sugar and vinegar left to sit a couple hours, sliced thin strips.
then for breakfast tacos, all the leftovers go in the pan to warm up, mix in some scrambled egg goo, cilantro and the onions on top with cheese, top it off with that cholula green pepper.... damn!
