I grew up on Sriracha(aong with thai chili peppers, various chili oils, etc). For me, it's too hot and on the salty/sweet side so I don't really prefer it except in soups and pancit(I'm more likely to use chili peppers/nuoc mam pha or chili oil). If you want to try new hot sauces, check out Firehouse Subs. They usually have a large selection you can sample, but one sauce that stands out is Dave's Insanity. It has good flavor and is spicy. Some of my African(Sudanese) coworkers and brother prefer Dave's Insanity over any other hot sauces and put it on just about everything. I put El Yucateco on mexican foods(if they don't have that peppery dry chili/habanero salsa) and Texas Pete Hotter(black label) on Tex-Mex.
John Cena was actually advertising a Chinese chili oil(Lao Gan Ma), but it's not really spicy and has soy beans in it; I prefer the Caravelle brand(ground chili and garlic).
