Anyone?
Anyone?
You knew someone was going to post this.
This 15 year old kid is really good.
dueling banjos isnt a solo, and isnt that hard to play.
earl scruggs is the master, but it is very hard to find solo footage
Just making a deliverance reference... Isn't that expected nearly any time a banjo is brought up? Somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed. No need to get so technical, I doubt rwc was being serious seeing as Lance just posted "BEST GUITAR SOLO EVER" and I just posted my banjo for sale...
deliverence video to banjo players is kinda like the "fat girl/moped" joke to mopedders.
I can understand that, next time I'm on a banjo forum I'll remember to never reference deliverance. But we are on the off topic forum of a moped site, so I figured it wouldn't get flamed.
Q: what do you say to the banjo player in the 3-piece suit?
A: will the defendant please rise
Something you'll never overhear: 'say, isn't that the banjo player's Porsche'?
Assuming we've never heard of Bela Fleck
Bela fleck is good, but, not the best,
I have to agree with Pat, earl scruggs, amazing.
Pete Seeger is my favorite though.
^^^ agreeing with Patrick.
It's like saying Stairway is the best guitar solo ever.
CLIFTON HICKS IS THE FUCKING MAN
break> riley baugus

What's the definition of perfect pitch?
Throwing an accordion into a dumpster and having it land right on a banjo!
What's the best way to tune a banjo?
With a pair of wire cutters.
Why do people hate banjo right away)
It saves them time.
Anything by Don Reno
STEVE MARTIN
There was a record breaking banjo tribute to earl scruggs in ATL a few years ago, it was like 300 people playing banjo, same song, same time.
SWOOP ATL
"VINCENT" by The Dale Mccurry Band is a good bluegrass, and while I am sharing my daughters name is Mandolin Rae. As for solos I still can only think of Steve Martins solo on Saturday Night Live.
I saw Frank Fairfield at the Topanga Banjo and Fiddle Contest. He's a nice guy. Real talented too.
