The stuff we have a work called Lime-A-Way is almost entirely phosphoric acid. You should be able to find it at a home-depot or wal-mart or possibly some supermarkets. It comes pretty concentrated and works great. It's also only a few bucks per gallon and pretty easy to find. Another brand that's supposed to do the same thing is C-L-R. I've never tried CLR, but I assume it's also mostly phosphoric acid. You might also try a chemical supply house and get some of the acid anhydride (P2 O5). That way, you could fill the tank with water and add the anhydride to the tank to make phosphoric acid (less chance of spilling it on something).
