You bet yer sweet bippy, and the day they start shipping, this Targa of mine is getting traded in, and I will have one of those puppies.
Would be really nice if they can mount the 70cc kit, cause it looks like it will weight quite a bit more, given the frame style and all.....
Technically with a kickstart and 70cc's, it may not be technically a "moped" to some folks, but I bet it has the heart of one.
