<HTML>ok bring it to dealer and say " deristict my CDI please" than i'll probably go 60km/h then, you say change my exaust to a leovinci carbon exaust and change my variator to a polini variator and it will go about 85km/h, then if you want faster you say put a 70cc kit on my scooter than it will go 110km/h... good luck

I am sure it is the CDi unit in the front of the moped, where the battery is kept.
Can you shed some light on the task at hand???
