Top Speed For A Mid 1970's Cady?

Could anyone tell me how fast there Cady goes and what I can do to get a little ore power?

Cady mopeds are generally slow. The manual suggests that it won't reach its top speed until 1500 kilometers. My Cady is has 300km and I get 20km/h. Hope this helps.
