Hey Tate, the Revolution motor swap the the variant sport was pretty easy I had to use the revo swing arm and I added two beads of aluminum to build up the brake plate on the variant sport wheel where the swing arm stop goes. I also used some slightly shorter shocks off a scooter because the mounting points on the revo swing arm are higher than the regular flat reed so the plastic guide at the rear of the motor would still be useful.

I got one from there it took a few weeks and I had a guy rebuild the old one and ultrasonic clean it for 39 bucks. I can look up the part number if you need it. I think the con rod was just a bit over 100 including shipping from spain.
