no definitely not, you wouldnt have room to build up transfer material without hitting the ignition or the vario.
derbi GPR ebe050 motors have the same stroke but that conrod length and stud spacing is off.
dudes in europe mostly do AM6 top end swaps but you have to tap the cylinders for a coolant outlet and block off the port for the water pump on the mating surface.
Or you can do Peugeot speedfight kits which have the same stroke but a shorter con rod so you make an alu spacer to get the squish right. the stud spacing is SUPER close so you can slot the stud holes in the cylinder. Speedfights also have an external waterpump so the top ends already have a coolant inlet and outlet.
