Basic questions about oiling/replacing chain

Hi all,

I de-rusted and de-kinked the chain with liberal amounts of

WD-40. It is working well for the moment, but I'm not sure how

to lubricate it from here on out. So far I've been alternating

between WD-40, gear oil, and grease. Is there a "best" way to lubricate the chain? Also, my chain, which has some serious rust, despite the oil, is much bigger and sturdier than an ordinary bicycle chain; can a replacement be found at a motorcycle shop, or this a long term parts problem? Thankyou

If I were you I

Re: Basic questions about oiling/replacing chain

i am positive you can get a replacement. Just take the old chain to a motorcycle shop or repair shop.
