lol, i actually have electric cigarettes. they are pretty awesome and i think once my preferred cartridge flavors come in the mail that i'll make the full switch over to them...and then hopefully down the road i'll ween myself off the electric cig cause you can get the flavor cartridges in different nicotine amounts and lower the dose over time.

Way to go Mars! It's funny... When I first quit five years ago I got on a polishing kick too! Bike parts, brass antiques, all kinds of stuff.
It's all about staying occupied. There's just something about making something shiny as fuck that's therapeutic...

I have a piece of walgreens brand nicorette nicotine gum in my mouth right now.
I have cut back from about a pack a day to about a pack in three days in about a 2 week span.
I did it the kind of lame way and got pills and patches and gum and what not. My health insurance is running out and its a lot easier to insurance for cheaper if your a non smoker.
Plus all those medical studies want non smokers these days. I used to do those, they pay awesome. You just have to not think or worry about whatever they are giving you and how it might fuck you up for life.
