There is no governer on the scooter, it is just a few differances like the exhaust and carb. If you have lots of money to spend, you could order a carb and intake from an SR, and that MIGHT work, but im not entirly sure, you might just want to talk to the sales rep at your motorcycle shop about that one. But i do recomend doing the exhaust, it helps considerably. Email me if you have any more questions.<p>Ryan<p>"
