Heres a short story id like to share with everyone.......... It begins with my friend and i riding our mopeds up to the local burger king, for some dinner. We left at about 8:30 pm, and i turned to him and asked him if he wanted to go for a quick trip around a nearby river, since it was such a fun ride, and we didnt want to go home yet (and riding mopeds is too much fun anyway!). So we rode the length of the river, and got to the small parking lot at which we turn around. While i was riding throught the lot, i noticed a bright green thing in my path, i quickly applied the brakes, and behold, an iguana siiting in front of me, while its 39 degrees out. What on earth was this creature doing here? a man then walked up to me and said it was his and he couldnt take care of it, and so he was just gonna leave it there to die!!! well, i wasn't about to let that happen, so i picked it up, stuffed it in my jacket, and hauled ass home, before it got so cold that it died. How weird this happen to me, my iguana recently passed on a moth or so ago, and i have been filled with grief ever since. Finally, i have another wonderful lizard to fill that empty space in my heart. So three cheers for mopeds, because without it, i would not have stumbled upon my new friend. Whats the moral of this story? ALWAYS take the long way home, and always go for that one last ride, because you never know what you might find..............
