Does anybody know where I could find a "biturbo" type exhust
for a Jawa 49cc?
Also, I am biding on a jawa shop manaul, If I win,,, I will, no matter the cost. I am a manaul nut for anthing.
I would like to scan the whole thing and post it to give back to
you guys for your help.

I dont think Bi Turbo makes a Jawa pipe. you could by one for a tomos and weld the stock heder on it. But it might not work as well since its not tuned for your engine.

You may be able to get a two peice BiTurbo to work. I don't know the measurements of the Jawa header, but the two piece is pretty tunable if you have the correct size header to mate up to it.

plus all that other junk that goes with putting a aftermarket
pipe on a 2 cyc eng.

The heder on most Jawas are smaller than the ones for a Tomos. But if you could get it to fit I dont think you would need the extra back presure the small heder gives you sense you would have an expansion chamber.
I would think that the scavenging of most of the 49cc eng. out
there would be close, as far as port timming ect.
Would the head pipe be long or short?
How about the expansion pipe?
And stinger?
I have forgotten a lot for my yamaha days.

I would recommend using the one piece biturbo for A Tomos and using your existing header section. If needed I can set you up with a pipe and make an adapter bushing but I will need to know the OD of your header as jawa made several sizes.
