Puch spitting tranny fluid out vent

Our 79 puch Maxi started spraying tranny fluid out of the vent hole located on the left side of the bike. we found the leak by removing the air box from the carb intake. the vent is located just behind the air intake on the upper part of the case. Somehow pressure must build up when it shifts into second gear or at higher rpms. Any Ideas?????

I think it is a case of you put in to much transmission fluid.

yep if you put to much in then it spits it out

That was what I was going to say... ( that it was overfilled)

Did you just add the oil to it?
