"I have a 1980 Peugeot moped, which runs great except that when you start it, for the first 20 seconds or so, giving it throttle actually makes the engine lose rpm's. When I first got the bike a year ago it did not do this. I think it may be the carburetor. I'm not sure how to clean it. Any input would be greatly appreciated. "its not hard to clean a carb just be sure to remember exactly how it was before you took it apart. spray ALL pieces with carb cleaner, use an air compressor to blow everything out and if you don't have one then just wipe everything out and be sure the ma"
