Appears to be in good shape except for the seat cover, craigslist is free
so shoot high like $450-$500, you can always come down. Add OBO but expect some crazy offers. I'd expect $300 if I owned it.
I like the rustfree rims, they suck to clean/restore on beater bikes.

My brother bought one off of craigslist a few months ago for $250. The thing was pretty much mint(less than 300 miles on it) except for a dirty carb and dead battery.

Fa50's are cool, reliable.
300 sounds right, but then again try 450-500 OBO
